Online Return/Exchange Policy

Please e-mail support@mivapeco.com prior to returning merchandise for pre-approval on a return or exchange transaction. Returns of all unused and unopened items are eligible for return or exchange up to 7 days after date of order received. Exchanges are made for merchandise only. No restocking fee required. Merchandise must be returned/exchanged exactly as received, including original packaging. Please enclose a copy of either your invoice printed from our web page or a copy of the emailed order confirmation sent to you after purchase.

ALL DISPOSABLE SALES ARE FINAL.

We DO NOT accept returns on disposables that have been opened after leaving the store. We recommend trying all disposables IN-STORE before you leave in case of a defective product.

For Devices
We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on devices for smoke or vape. Please visit the manufacturer website for more warranty information.
